Marita Horriat - BLBM
Professional Experience
Marita graduated from Victoria University in 2007 with degrees in both Law and Business Management. She joined Rosendorff Lawyers as an Articled Clerk in April 2008 and was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2009.
During her university career, Marita specialised in taxation and employment law as part of the university's elective subject program. She also undertook research in the area of commercial law and based her research paper on the Schemes of Arrangement provisions of the Corporations Act.
Marita has extensive legal and management experience as a result of the time she spent working at a top tier law firm together with her previous seven year employment as the Practice Manager of a medical company.
During her time with Rosendorff Lawyers, Marita has had a broad range of experience in commercial, intellectual property, litigation and probate law while specialising in employment law.

Marita is a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
