Karan has joined Rosendorff Lawyers as a Law Graduate and assists the team in general commercial matters and construction disputes.

He is passionate about delivering high-quality commercially viable outcomes that balance client needs and expectations with regulatory compliance. With over 2 years of experience in assisting multi-jurisdictional businesses manage their legal affairs, Karan closely understands the requirements and objectives of commercial concerns.

He works on matters including commercial disputes, building defects, property disputes, and financing and investment contracts. In the past, Karan has assisted solicitors and barristers in disputes concerning contractual debt recovery, commercial leases, and defamation.

Karan has completed the Juris Doctor (Law) degree from the University of Melbourne in 2022 with a high level of academic performance, and also holds a degree in Law from India. Karan has recently authored an article on International Construction Disputes published in the widely circulated Construction Law Journal, and continues to write on contentious areas of law.

With added experience gained from extensively interning in the legal industry in India while completing his undergraduate studies, Karan can help bridge cultural as well as legal and commercial differences. Karan is also proficient in Hindi and Gujarati and can cater to the legal needs of a diverse clientele.
